Can I see information on any past orders I've place on the Web?

Yes! To review past orders you will need to log in to the Delta Shop website. Once logged-in, you can click on the "My Account" link to view your account. From here, you can access your order history by clicking Order Status.

I NEED AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER. WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

Once logged-in, you can click on the "My Account" link to view your account. From here, you can access your order history by clicking ORDER HISTORY. Order History has a summary of your past orders. If you need a full invoice for your expense report, please contact The Icebox at DELTASHOP@ICEBOXMAIL.COM. Please reference your sales order number and order date.

WHY IS MY ORDER IS NOT APPEARING IN ORDER HISTORY?

To review past orders you will need to log in to the Delta Shop website. Once logged-in, you can access your order history by clicking ORDER HISTORY. If you do not see your order, it is possible your order was not processed. Please check your credit card statement to make sure you were not charged or contact The Icebox at DELTASHOP@ICEBOXMAIL.COM.

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS TO DELTA SHOP?

You may return merchandise within (30) days of receipt of your order. All returns & exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for postage. Prior to returning your merchandise, please email Delta Shop Support at DELTASHOP@ICEBOXMAIL.COM for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You will need your order number and reason for return. Once you have your RMA#, you send returns to Delta Shop Support Attn: Returns Department, 3993 Tradeport Boulevard, Atlanta, Georgia, 30354. Upon receipt of the merchandise, a credit to your card less the 20% restocking fee will be issued. Please visit our Terms and Conditions page to review the full Delta Shop return policy.

I HAVE A NEW ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER. HOW CAN I CHANGE THIS?

To modify or add an address you will need to log in to the Delta Shop website. Once logged-in, click on the "My Account" link to view your account. From here, you can update your account information by clicking UPDATE ACCOUNT.

CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

To change your password you will need to log in to the Delta Shop website. Once logged-in, click on the "My Account" link to view your account. From here, you can change your password by clicking UPDATE ACCOUNT. If you forget your password, please click the "Reset Password” link when on the login page.

HOW FREQUENTLY DO YOU UPDATE YOUR PRODUCT SELECTION AND INVENTORY?

The Delta Shop shows in-stock inventory in real-time. Only items that have stock are presented which eliminates backorder issues for our customers. Our Merchandising Teams continuously evaluate Delta Shop’s products ensuring that the selection is on trend and addresses the tastes and interests of our visitors. If you don’t see a product on our site that you’re interested in purchasing, please contact Delta Shop Support at DELTASHOP@ICEBOXMAIL.COM. (NOTE: Order minimums may be required for items not shown on the website).

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR QUANTITIES GREATER THAN WHAT IS SHOWING IN STOCK?

Please contact Delta Shop Support if you have a need for quantities greater than the available inventory or for additional customization to an existing product. Send an e-mail to DELTASHOP@ICEBOXMAIL.COM and include details about your request and we’ll be happy to help you with your order.

HOW CAN I ORDER PRODUCTS NOT SHOWN ON DELTA SHOP?

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Please contact us at DELTASHOP@ICEBOXMAIL.COM and we will gladly help you you’re your branded promotional product and apparel needs. When contacting us please share with us the nature of your project including intended recipient (i.e., employee, customer, prospect, etc.), purpose (i.e, recognition, business development, etc.), desired in-hands date, quantity and budget. These insights will help us curate the right branded solution for you.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A PO BOX?

Yes. If you need to ship to a PO box, please select the Standard FedEx shipping method. All other deliveries will come via FedEx/UPS and must be delivered to a physical address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED ONLINE?

Orders for products that are in-stock ship within 1 business day. Depending on the shipping method you select, your order will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days after it ships if shipped within the United States. Please contact us at DELTASHOP@ICEBOXMAIL.COM if the delivery address is outside of the United States for a more accurate delivery timeframe.

ARE PURCHASES ON THE DELTA SHOP CONSIDERED DELTA AIR LINES PURCHASES FOR THE DELTA SKYMILES CREDIT CARD?

No. The Icebox is a proud partner with Delta and we provide promotional products and apparel for the Delta Shop. Your credit card statement will show as "The Icebox – Cool Stuff LLC” and therefore purchases from the Delta Shop are not considered Delta Air Lines purchases and therefore do not contribute to card benefits associated with Delta Air Lines purchases.
